She specializes in guiding clients through the onboarding process and staying connected throughout the year, ensuring every family feels supported every step of the way.

Ashley is motivated by the “why” behind her work: helping clients feel secure enough to genuinely enjoy their retirement. She brings high-level insight to the team from her time as a Senior Retirement Specialist at Vanguard and holds a BS in Finance from Arizona State University. Beyond the technical side of the firm, she is inspired by the collaborative culture at REAP, where a shared purpose makes her role feel like more than just a job.

Outside of work, Ashley is a talented artist who showcases her work in galleries and studios across Texas. When she isn’t creating, she loves live music, thrifting at antique shops, and traveling with her family. At home, she is kept busy by her two cats: Bubbles, a 14-year-old diva, and Henry Slade (affectionately known as “Chicken”), a one-year-old who adores everyone.
