On June 26, 2026, the Austin Business Journal announced REAP Financial among its Best Places to Work in Central Texas. Best Places to Work in Central Texas is an Austin Business Journal program supported by Quantum Workplace to honor remarkable organizations.
All Best Places to Work winners are determined exclusively on the basis of their employees’ responses to the Best Places to Work Survey, a standard survey used to determine a company’s overall score and ranking. All eligible employees must be invited to take the survey and a certain employee participation percentage, based on the size of the organization, must be achieved for the company to be considered an honoree.
REAP elected to participate and paid a registration fee, but otherwise did not give any other consideration to the Austin Business Journal in order to participate in this award. Winners were published in June based on data from the employee surveys.
